Outsource expands to three offices with new Brisbane location

Call centre will also relocate to Brisbane with pilot program to commence immediately

Outsource, the B2B and IT marketing services provider, has today opened a new office in Brisbane, taking its locations to three: one in Sydney’s Circular Quay; one in Meerschaum Vale on the New South Wales north coast; and, now, one in Brisbane’s northern suburb of North Lakes.

Outsource is part of a privately-owned group of PR and marketing firms owned by directors Adam Benson and Liz Marchant. Since 1990, Outsource has helped businesses augment their marketing and sales teams with flexible, scalable resources.

Outsource provides strategy consulting, training, lead nurture programs, partner events, and comprehensive marketing services. It also owns and operates its own 20-seat call centre for telemarketing campaigns, which will relocate from Sydney to the new North Lakes office.

The expansion to Brisbane comes as the business continues to sign new clients and offer new services, including web design and optimisation, social media marketing, marketing automation, and online advertising.

Elizabeth Marchant, group CEO, Outsource, said, “The Brisbane market is heating up with plenty of opportunities for Outsource. Outsource will share the North Lakes premises with its sister companies, Recognition PR and Write Away Communication + Events, with three existing staff members relocating to the new office immediately and new hires expected to round out the team in the coming months.
