Outsource is part of a privately owned group of PR and marketing firms owned by directors Adam Benson and Liz Marchant. It has been operating continuously since 1990.
Our leadership team
Adam Benson (FPRIA)
Adam has worked in marketing and communication in the IT sector since 1994.
Adam completed his Masters in Business (Marketing) and at around the same time acquired the well-established B2B channel and field marketing firm, Outsource, to fit alongside Recognition PR which he and partner Liz Marchant were in the process of acquiring.
Adam has more than 25 years experience delivering PR, marketing and lead generation programs to IT firms in Australia including IBM Software, HP, CA, Oracle, Capgemini, UXC, NEC and many others.
Today he works with clients on program design, drawing on his experience and supported by the Outsource marketing project management, consulting and delivery team.
Elizabeth Marchant (FPRIA)
Over the past two decades, Liz has worked with numerous leading brands to build their profiles and manage their reputations. Liz has extensive experience in media training senior executives and marketers, issues management and has worked with organisations including Telstra, Philips, eBay, and many others.
Liz is responsible for Outsource business operations, team development and business innovation. She is also an advisor on social and digital communication and broader communication programs that may intersect Outsource client activities.
Channel Consulting Director
Kit has more than 30 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the ICT sector. He has worked in software, hardware, services and financing within the sector and has been hired to lead business transformations and turnarounds, often with a strong focus on business partner engagement, enablement and capacity building.
Kit’s headline achievements include: growing IBM’s channel co-marketing revenue 85 per cent in 2013 and 120 percent in 2014; leading the team that created two of the three most effective co-marketing campaigns worldwide in 2014; and earning promotions at IBM to become ANZ General Business and Channels Marketing Team Leader and, most recently, Business Development and ISV Marketing Manager.
Today Kit is the Channel Consulting Director at Outsource and is the lead consultant and trainer. Kit also directly contributes to new business development, quality assurance and program innovation at Outsource.
